I was a bit disapointed that the personal (class) stories arent getting any love in that "expansion".
Once you finish the story all you have left is what?
Raids(?), Warzones(?), PvP(?), repetitive dungeum dives?
Fantastic if you're into that sort of thing i supose, unfortunately all of the above put me to sleep (no chalenge, to me at least).

And the class stories are a challenge?
Lost Island Heroic is one of the best dungeons from WoW and SWTOR combined. Until I totally outgeared it, Eternity Vault was pretty epic too - on a par with Ulduar.
Once you finish the story in any game what have you got? The Uninstall button pretty much. Replayable games are few and far between nowadays. Achievements can keep you coming back for more, and strategy games (realtime or turn based) excepted.
The level cap is rising to 55, with that crafting will go up to craft slightly better gear (they're being careful not to fall into the exponential spiral that's become apparent in WoW). Presumably all the classes' stories will move on slightly, but not by a great deal.
And I can grow some leather on my plants at my farm given a day's notice if you decide you want to come back, Flash.
No, you just vaguely dismissed the most challenging parts of any mmo as "no chalenge" despite the quality and difficulty modes of SWTOR's end game. I fail to see what's left when the Raids, PvP, Flashpoints and story is all gone. Space Combat and crafting couldn't exactly stand up as entertainment on their own.
OK...I see.
Well then, two things:
1) When I say "no challenge" it is not a vague dismissal. As far as I'm concerned they are, literally, no challenge. I suppose I should provide some context, I don’t want to since this is most definitely going to come across as arrogant but... I am an engineer, an electronics design engineer to be more precise, I design hardware and software for safety critical systems and, to put it bluntly, for the most part the only thing my job ever manages to challenge is my patience. So when I say I don’t find games challenging it is because they simply aren’t. This is not some attempt to sound superior, I don’t consider myself superior to anyone regardless of how I may come across in posts. You can accept that, or not; it is your prerogative whether to believe me or not.
2) Once I finish the story, there is nothing left in the core game to hold my interest. The only thing that can keep me playing is player interaction... the squad... our squad/guild. But when the game-play devolves into raid/pvp style outings without sense or purpose (doing it for the sake of doing it with no real motivation behind it) then I move on, I move on because if I don’t then i will eventually start to resent it. That's why I left Anarchy Online (although at the time I didn’t realise any of this... I kinda owe FerretBoy an apology or two, that's another story though), that's why I left WoW and that is why I dislike/despise theme-park games.
It doesn’t help that I can spot sloppy coding a mile away either, unfortunately my brain doesn’t seem to turn off for stuff like that, freaking curse really. One of the few redeeming qualities I could attribute to WoW, the code always seemed solid. Thou the latest changes are questionable.
So there you have it, a brief insight into Statics mind, we hope you enjoyed the tour...
